"THE DAY Otsuka" is a co-living (share house) located 1 minute on foot from Otsuka Station on the Yamanote Line. *A viewing is required before moving in (online viewing is also available). *As a condition for moving in, you must be able to communicate in Japanese to a certain degree or be actively committed to learning Japanese. (Since communication from the management staff is primarily in Japanese, we require residents to be willing to use translation apps or otherwise demonstrate a proactive attitude toward communicating in Japanese.) < Private rooms> Rooms are furnished with a shower, toilet, washbasin, bed, desk, chair, and storage space. <Shared Area> Workspace: Fully equipped workspace is available on the 1st and 2nd floor.
