"THE DAY Iriya" is a coliving (share house) located 1 minute on foot from Iriya Station on the Hibiya Line. *A viewing is required before moving in (online viewing is also available). *As a condition for moving in, you must be able to communicate in Japanese to a certain degree or be actively committed to learning Japanese. (Since communication from the management staff is primarily in Japanese, we require residents to be willing to use translation apps or otherwise demonstrate a proactive attitude toward communicating in Japanese.) <Private rooms> Rooms are furnished with a shower, toilet, washbasin, bed, desk, chair, and storage space. <Shared Area> Workspace: Booths equipped with monitors and Herman Miller chairs are available. Online conferencing is also available. Living room: Two different spaces can be used depending on your mood and situation. Kitchen: 4 induction stoves are available for cooking. Laundry: Free laundry for men and women (4 washing machines and 3 dryers each) Terrace: BBQ can be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace. <Free Service> Linen Exchange: Fresh linens are available for exchange once a week.
